I. Framing
We work out what the deck is actually for. Who plays it, when, and what should be different afterwards. You get a concept prototype: the structure, the categories, the mechanics, and sample cards you can hold and test.
II. Deckbuilding
The full deck gets made. Every card written and illustrated, the mechanics tested, the play designed. Some decks I build alongside your team in sessions. Others I build alone from what you give me. We decide which in phase one.
You receive print-ready files and the right to print them. I can also take care of the production for you.
III. Play
The deck arrives in the world. I can open it for you: a launch session, a Card Wizard residency at your gathering, or training for your own facilitators.

I’m a multidisciplinary artist, facilitator and experience designer with a passion for cards.
Cards are portable, interactive, and everyone already knows how to hold them. Hand someone a document and they file it. Hand them a card deck and they start playing. That’s the whole advantage: a format people engage with before anyone has to ask them to.
Since 2023 I’ve been pushing the boundaries of what cards can do. I’ve built decks for community networks, for a nautical academy, and at burns and festivals. Three books have been written using this method. Cards made in my sessions are now being played around the world.
The formula is simple: Engage. Inspire. Get them into play!
